Mike Wye & Associates have an enviable resource within the industry of specialist tradesmen and technical advisors. Since 1994 we have been providing a consultancy service to customers.
From full barn conversions to specialist preliminary advice for your prospective traditional house purchase or a simple check on a bulging lath & plaster ceiling, the consultations are charged at an hourly rate of �35 per hour + VAT, door to door. Verbal or written reports available on request.

Training for All

We offer a range of training courses that help to fill that skills and knowledge gap. From structural work to decoration, we can show you the way. 'informative, humorous, interesting & most useful'.

We employ our own skilled workforce with many years experience in repairing and renovating traditional buildings. We undertake projects throughout Devon and a bit beyond and have established an enviable reputation for quality work at competitive prices.
