Lime Mortar Sample Colours
The Image
below shows a selection of mortar biscuits of lime mortars that
we can mix and supply for specific requirements for colour and
texture. We can supply these by post for confirmation that the
selected sample is suitable. We charge £1.50 plus VAT
and carriage per sample biscuit or £20 plus VAT and carriage
for the boxed set as shown below.
Lime putty
mortar mixes can be mixed by ourselves ready to use, with the
addition of a pozzolan by the customer where required. Our stock
mortar used to be number 1, the straight Sharp Washed Pit Sand
(SWPS), due to the fact that SWPS quarry now produce a less
texured aggregate we now produce number 14 a mix of 2 x SWPS
and 1 x Chard for our standard lime mortar mix. All other mortar
mixes are mixed to order and customers should allow time for
mixing to take place.
