Paint Pad

We are often asked for the best way of applying limewash. This can be down to personal preferences but a number of our customers find a paint pad ideal for smoother surfaces. They are faster and cleaner than using a brush. For various reasons we do not recommend a sprayer or roller, simply move the pad across the surface of the wall or ceiling in any direction to achieve the best finish. For rough surfaces use a large emulsion brush. Our 6" x 4" (152mm x 100mm) paint pads are a cheap and effective way to apply limewash and are excellent for use with our other emulsions and claypaints etc.
