Here are the 'before' and 'after' photos of a small section of the sandstone wall I am rebuilding with the mortar I have bought from you over the last three years! This was the worst section and took me ages, it's not perfect but I am self-taught - the tips on your website were very helpful though.

Thank you for “all things lime”
So far, with your help we have dug up 4 floors and then laid limecrete and riven slate. We have lime plastered two full rooms and part of another one, with the hall scheduled for next year. The damp smell and feel has been eradicated as the floors and walls can now “breathe”. Each room we’ve done has improved the situation and it is becoming a much nicer place to be.
Your website has a wealth of information on it and all the sales people know what they are talking about. I even emailed pictures of my first scat coat to see if I was on the right track and you were only too happy to help. You have always gone above and beyond in my opinion – something that is becoming increasingly rare these days.

I have been using Lime Wash from Mike Wye for the last ten years ever since building control in my area suggested we replace the cement render on the back of my house with a much softer Lime render. They then suggested we paint it with Lime Wash to allow moisture to pass back and forth freely halting the cracks and blisters in the render and paint.
The Lime Wash from Mike Wye is a really high quality product, it is easy to use and looks great. It is much better value than traditional paints and creates a soft sheen as it drys. In my experience it also maintains it's even look for longer than normal paint and still looks good after four years of weathering.
I have just bought more Lime Wash as I am about to paint the outside of my house after a four year gap. I would highly recommend the use of Lime Wash as a product and Mike Wye associates as their service and advice have been brilliant.

We also understand that you supplied that the lime render and plaster and that your guys applied it as well? And what a great job they did, very smooth and even and very little cracking - it made our job very easy.
Once again thanks for the great product and workmanship we will be using your products for any future projects we can.

The combination of your paint and the decking has transformed the small part of my garden and the environmentally friendly nature of your products is an added bonus. Thank you very much indeed for your products and help.

Your time spent was quite remarkable, you had enough time for everyone, answered all the questions made people think of themselves. I found it a very pleasant change for a professional person that you are to pass on so much information in the manner in which you did.
I was in plastic moulding manufacturing / tool making and engineering but after a stint in hospital and two years convalescence I have now launched my second career. So instead of fighting metal, I now play with bricks and widgets.
Thank you for lunch and for such a great day.

I really just want to thank you for prompt, kind, helpful and friendly service throughout all this and for providing much of the materials used in the renovation.
I'm not sure how often you get feedback, or heard how things had gone, but I thought the least I could do is let you know how well the lime putty and lime wash has worked out - even I as a complete amateur was able to learn how to plaster - and should you ever need a testimonial from someone who has used your products please feel free the include this note from one very very very grateful customer.
