Tree Planting with Devon Wildlife Trust

On Tuesday 15th February three of our Technical Sales Advisors Charlotte, Charlotte & Amy spent the day with Devon Wildlife Trust on a local project which involved planting a total of 125 trees with a mixture of 12 species.

Below is the list of all tree and shrub species planted:

Alder x10

Field Maple x15

Common Oak x10

Bird Cherry x15

Grey Willow x10

Elder x15

Hazel x15

Spindle x15

Blackthorn x10

Hawthorn x10

Total = 125 trees planted

As you can see there is an incredible Ash tree that has unfortunately been effected by Ash Dieback. This will be left to still provide a habitat for wildlife and insects, whilst the new planting will help to continue the growth of the woodland. We look forward to joining up with Devon Wildlife Trust again to help them with future projects.
