The Pavatex roof pitched system complies with the most stringent of standards – from baseline building regulations through to Passivhaus.
The Pavatex roof pitched system is suitable for most external finishing options, including metal, clay and slate tiling. All components for the system are available from Mike Wye.

3 Isolair.
4 Pavaflex to fully fill rafters.
5 Support and airtightness detail (e.g. OSB 12/15 mm)
6 Service void 25 mm (can be insulated for improved performance).
7 Savolit Plus Wood Wool Board 15 mm.
8 Internal plaster system comprising:
2 x 3 mm passes of Isovit E-Cork with 4 mm render mesh.
4 mm top coat of Reabilita Cal AC
1 mm optional top coat of Regency Lime Plaster
