The Pavatex timber frame rendered system complies with the most stringent of standards – from baseline building regulations through to Passivhaus.

All components for the Pavatex timber frame rendered system are available from Mike Wye.

1 External render comprising: 2 x 3 mm passes of  Isovit E-Cork with render mesh bedded between passes. 4 mm top coat of Reabilita Cal AC.

2 Isolair.

3 Pavaflex to fully fill studwork.

4 Racking board incl. airtightness detail (e.g. OSB 12/15mm).

5 Service void 25 mm (can be insulated for improved performance).

6 Savolit Plus Wood Wool Board 15 mm.

7 Internal plaster system comprising:
2 x 3 mm passes of Isovit E-Cork with 4 mm render mesh.
4 mm top coat of Reabilita Cal AC
1 mm optional top coat of Regency Lime Plaster
