Savolit Plus wood wool board is a natural panel consisting of long, strong wood fibres which are bonded into panels by cement-binding agent into a compact coherent structure and used as a natural alternative to plasterboard.
The raw timber in Savolit Plus Wood Wool Board originates from sustainably managed forests and is PEFC labelled. From production, installation, lifespan and decomposition (recycling) Savolit Plus Wood Wool Board does not pose a risk to the environment and is 100% recyclable.
Produced in accordance to standard EN 13168 and are CE marked.
For most applications it’s recommend you use 15 mm boards for internally and 25 mm boards for externally.
The 35 mm and 50 mm thick boards available on request.
Boards are fixed with 50 mm timber screws and 60 mm washers.
The P010 joint adhesive is used for bonding longitudinal and transversal joints of Savolit boards. The P101 adhesive covers approximately 15m² per tube.
The P010 adhesive can either be applied with the applicator gun, or by using the Nozzles. Both of these are sold separately and either one would be needed when using the P010 adhesive.
All boards that are 1200 x 600 mm are available for delivery on a standard size pallet for a vehicle with a tail lift and pump truck to manoeuvre the pallet onto hardstanding.
Both the 2000 x 600mm and 2400 x 600mm size boards will require you to have off load (forklift or telehandler) at the delivery address as they are too large for manual offload.
