Dear Mike, Thank you for your letter and invoice and I accordingly enclose a cheque. As you know, we are absolutely delighted with the all excellent work done by your chaps and the house now looks transformed - the damp problem was a blessing in disguise. Once the painting ladies have finished (weather permitting) and the electrician has tidied up the wiring, I will take final photos and let you have a disk showing some of the various stages from beginning to end, which you're welcome to use as you like.
