Dear Mike Thank you for your email and the invoice in respect of final payment. We have transferred payment in settlement I would like to thank you not only for an outstanding piece of work but also for the trouble you have taken to keep within our limited budget without compromising quality. This has been much appreciated. Your lads who worked here are real credit to you and good ambassadors for your firm. They were always polite, good humoured and highly skilled in what they do. We at Hole will have no hesitation in using you again for any work that is needed in the future. We will be writing individually to Gareth, Andy and Dan to thank them and will if we may, send the notes to you to pass them on. Once again, very many thanks Mike.
